Our Team
Hope PDO and Preschool has been open since 1980, when it was a single classroom. Now, we have 10 classrooms with more than 100 students. We pride ourselves on having an exceptional staff of professional, caring and energetic teachers and teacher aides. Our staff fulfill all State of Colorado requirements for Early Childhood Education and undergo 15 hours of continuing education each year. Each classroom is staffed by one teacher and one teacher’s aide. We also have a dedicated music teacher.
Ashley Hastedt

Sara Lowe
Assistant Director
Sara Lowe joined the Hope staff in 2019 and has been assistant director since 2022. She also teaches a 3-year-old class and runs our Preschool Enrichment Program after school and during the summer. sara.lowe@hope-umc.org

Melissa Trujillo
